What is Authentic Relating?
We will be offering deep relating skills and self exploration every Tuesday night during the
Relational Playground
THESE OFFERINGS ARE FOR YOU IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:
You are heavily invested, and on the path of spiritual and emotional growth.
You want to create more community… especially if it includes of people with different sexual orientations, skin colors, religions, and economic backgrounds.
You know your Enneagram Type, (or want to know it) and you are ready discover and let go of some of the weird ways your personality type unconsciously sabotages relationships and limits the amount of intimacy and love you can let in.
At times you have social anxiety or feel isolated… and you want to have the skills to feel confident in forming deeper, more vibrant relationships.
In intimate relationship you get triggered and: emotionally shut down and pull back, get anxious, or lash out in anger.
You are ready to feel love more deeply in a way that awakens your soul.
Or possibly you want to be part of a growing “Authentic Relating” movement that builds trust through: self revealing, seeing deeply into others, creating safety in groups, and resolving conflict with more ease.

Circling & Relating Games
These nights are “Circling and Deep Relating” skills development. We will learn the skills in the large group then break into smaller groups of 2-8 to practice the skills and “circle” each other. Various members of the leadership team will be lead facilitators for these evenings. As soon as you register, you will get a video teaching you the basic circling skills.

There is no requirement that you attend all the evenings, but we do hope you attend as often as you can so you build the skills, learn about the Enneagram Types, and form relationships with the members of the community over time.
